Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card(s), a list of all current medications and supplements, and any relevant medical records or imaging (if available). Completing new patient forms ahead of time can help make your visit more efficient.

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Our excepted insurance plans are located on the home page of our website. You can also contact our office or your insurance provider to confirm that we are in network with your specific plan.

Your surgical team will provide detailed, procedure-specific instructions. In general, you may need to stop certain medications or supplements, avoid eating or drinking after midnight and complete any required testing prior to surgery.

Recovery time varies depending on the type of surgery you have and your individual health. Many minimally invasive procedures allow for a faster recovery, with most patients returning to normal activates within a few days to a few weeks. Your surgeon will discuss a personalized timeline with you.

All surgeries result in some type of scar, but we use the least invasive techniques possible and place incisions in locations that are discreet as possible. Over time, scars typically fade. We can also provide guidance on scar care and treatment.

It is normal to have some discomfort after surgery. We use a multi-modal pain management approach to keep you comfortable while minimizing the need for narcotic pain meds. Most patients find that pain steadily improves in the days following surgery.

This depends on the type of surgery and your job requirements. Many patients with minimally invasive surgery can return to work within 1-2 weeks, while more complex procedures may require a longer recovery period. We will give you specific guidance based on your situation.

All surgeries carry some risks, including bleeding, infection, anesthesia-related risk, and risks specific to the procedure being performed. Your surgeon will review the potential risk and benefits with you in detail before surgery and answer any questions you may have.
